AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLUER COUNTY, a Political
Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and RUTH DARLENE PARUER, a single
woman, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale
and Purchase effective as of December 29, 2010 (the "Agreement"). Purchaser and Seller wish
to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions:
1. Line 15 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the Purchase Price shall be
Ninety Two-Thousand and nO/100 Dollars ($92,000.00).
2. Line 20 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the 1st Mortgage amount is
Sixty-Eight Thousand, Three-Hundred, Seventy-Nine and NO/100 Dollars ($68,379.00).
3. Line 21 of the Agreement is revised to reflect that the 2nd Mortgage Amount
shall be Twenty-Thousand, Two-Hundred Forty and no/100 Dollars ($20,240.00).
4. Lines 115 through 117 of the Agreement are revised to read: "Buyer will
receive $27,600 from the Collier County Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Buyer will
use $20,240.00 (22% of the purchase price) for principal reduction and the remaining
balance of $7,360.00 will be used for closing costs, prepaid items, and any discount
points associated with the first mortgage transaction."
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the
Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein,
and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise
herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchaser and Seller have executed this Amendment as of
the dates hereinafter stated.
