IN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING ROOM, ADMINISTRATION BUILDING,
COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, 3301 TAMIAMJ TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA:
NOTE: INDIVIDUAL SPEAKERS W[LL BE LIMITED TO 5 MINUTES ON ANY ITEM.
INDIVIDUALS SELECTED TO SPEAK ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION OR

approximately 6.13 acres. The subject property is located in Section I, Township 49 South, Range 25

known as the Siena Lakes CCRC CPUD. The approximately 29.25-acre subject property is located in

uses and/or a variety of skilled nursing care facilities uses with a maximum of200 units on 9.5:!: acres. The
subject property is located on the east side of Collier Boulevard. approximately 660 feet north of
