the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to amend
the Zoning Regulations;
NOW, T}~EFORE, BE IT O~AI~D by the Board of Conty Comissione~s
of Collier Co~y, Florida:

The Zon~n8 Ordinance 76-30 hereby is amended as follows:
Amend Ordinance 76-30 Section 18, Paragraph 16, Off-Street Parking:
Required Amounts, by including the following use in its alphabeti-
cal order and re-alphabetizing all following uses accordingly.
RM-1B Multiple
Family Dwellinss
T~o (2) spaces per dwellina unit
2. Amend Ordinance 76-30 Section 18, Paragraph 16, Off-Street Parking:
Required Amounts, by in~ludin8 the following uses in its alphabeti~:~
cal order and re-alphabetlzin8 all following uses acco~tngly.~
Boat Storage One (1) space for each eight ~) dry'~
(Dry Slips) slips or any part of each cilia_ (S)

3. Amend Ordinance 76-30, Section 16, Off-Street Parking: ~equir~
Amounts, by including the following use in its alphabetical order
and re-alphabetizing all following uses accordingly:
Wholesale, Warehouse or
Storage Establishment
(other than boat storage
dry slips)
Three (3) parking spaces for the
first 2,500 square feet of floor
area and one parking space for each
additional 1,000 square feet or any
part thereof of floor area. In no
event shall there be fewer than
three (3) spaces provided.
Amend Ordinance 76-30, Section 22.1V, P~-IB Multi-Family District,
by deleting Paragraph 11, A, Minimum Off-street Parking, and
setting the following wording in its place.
A. As required in Section 18 of this Ordinance.
SECTION TVO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that
it has been filed by the Secretary o£ State.
