AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30, THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER
51-26-2 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLAS'SIFICATION
FROM "MHSD" MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION TO "RM-i" ._~
MULTI FAMILY ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY: A PORTION OF SECTIONS 3 &

WHEREAS, Mr. Fred J. Morrtson has petttioned'.th~Boar~o~

the hereinafter described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "MHSD" Mobile Home Subdivision to
"RM-i" Multifamily and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 51-26-2,
as described in Ordinance 76-30, is hereby amended accordingly:
Lying and being in the County of Collier and State
of Florida, to wit: From the intersection of the east
line of State Road S-951 with a line lying $01.493
feet South of the established north line of the south
half of the south half of Section 3, Township 51 South,
Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, run South 89·
23'55" East 349.02 feet, parallel with the said estab-
lished north line of the south half of the south half,
to establish the point of beginning.
Thence from the point of beginning, continue South
89"23'55" East 150.00 feet; thence South 0e36'05#
West 970.00 feet, more or less, to the centerline
of a County Drainage Easement, according to an in-
strument recorded in Offical Record Book 76, page
127, Public Records of said County; thence south-
westerly 159 feet, more or less, along said center-
line, to a line bearing South 0e36'05" West and
passing through the point of beginning; thence
North 0"36'05" East 1023 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning.
Said iands lying and being in Sections 3 and 10,
Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier County,
Florida.
RESERVING therefrom a road right of way over, along
and across the north 30 feet thereof.
The above described parcel being subject to a
15 foot utility easement abutting and lying south
of the more described road right o£ way; the above-
described parcel also being subject to ~he County
