WHEREAS, Ca=el Lensdale, representing Full,ore Citiz~s,
Inc., 9etitioned the Board of County Co~issioners to change
the Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~

described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accord~lyl ~~-~
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 16,
Township 48S, Range 25E, Collier County, Florida!
thence along the East and West 1/4 line of said
Section 16, South 88'07'17"West 3.14 feet to the
intersection of said 1/4 line with the tangent to
the curve of the East right-of-way line of US 41
(S-90, Tamiami Trail); thence along said tangent
and along said East right-of-way line, South 1"00'30"
East 1480.30 feet; thence South 88'59'30"West 150.
feet to the West right-of-way line of said US 41;
thence continuing South 88*$9'30"West 610.40 feet to
a concrete monument found at the NW corner of those
lands described by deed recorded in Deed Book 15,
Pages 566 & 567, Collier County Public Records,
Collier County, Florida, and the Place of Beginning
of the parcel herein described;
Thence continuing South 88'59'30"West 621.74 feet
to the East line of Gulf Harbor, a subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31, Collier County
Public Records; thence along said East line, North
0"42'36"West 126.96 feet to the NE corner of said
