ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 50-25-1 BY CHANGING

The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "RM-2" Multi Family to "PUD" Planne~
Unit Development and is subject to all the conditions as
required herein and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-25-1 as
described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly~

The proposed development comprises 10 acres, all o£ which will be devo-
ted to lo~ cost r~ntal aparlm~nts. The project will haw an overall
densit~ of 20 t~its per gross acre or 200 total ~mits. Sixteen units
presently exist on the site.
The proper~¥ is owned and will be dewloped by Mr. Charles M. ](eller
whose address is 2301 Count~ Barn Road,Naples, Florida, ~3942.
The existing ~gatatlon consists prl,narlly o£ slash pines ami palmetto
with some ~laleuca and Brazilian Pepper. The avare~ elevation o£ the
proper~ is approximately $.0 N.G.V.D.
The project will camist o£ single-story buildings to. con~orm with the
general appearance o£ the surro~ding area.
Traffic from l~he project will be handled pidmarily by Davis Boulevarcl
and U.S. 41. Two access poin~.s (Shadowiaw~ Avenue and ~t~ Awnue)
will be utilized to distribute the tre££ic load and minimize the impact
of the project.

Water Management District will ba complied with. The design of the
water management system will be reviewed and approved prior to com-
mencement of development.
13. Water Supply and Sanitary Sewage Collection Systems:
Design and construction of water supply and sanitary sewage collec-
tion systems will comply with all applicable Local and State regula-
tions.
14. Recreation Area:
1.25 Acres of land will be provided for recreational uses consisting
of, but not limited to picnic area, shuffleboard and volley ball.
15. Lnases:
Yearly leases will be provided with no seasonal increases in the rental
amounts.
16. Children:
Because of the nature of the apartment units (one bedroom), the project
is intended for adults, only.
