CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas R. Peek, r~presenting Quail Creek
Country Club, re.lasted the Board of County Commissioners to
correct a typographical error ln'Drdinance 79-80;
WHEREAS. thlR error does not change the zoning status of
the above described property which is "GC" Golf Course, "ST"
Special Treatment and "RS-2" Single Family nor does it affect
surrounding property owners;
