THE LAND USE ELEMENT WORK STUDY AREA MAP.
#3 BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION
FROM COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL 0-6.22
UNITS PER GROSS ACRE TO RESIDENTIAL 6.22-
30 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE ON THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY~ PART OF SECTION
32, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST
~IEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Sell & Peek, Inc.,
representing Mr. Bruce Mumm, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the land use classification of the
herein described real property;'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from
Commercial and Residential 0-6.22 units per gross acre~o

6.22-30 units per gross acre and the Work ~udy
Map ~3 is hereby amended accordingly: ~
