Ordinance 80-015ORDINANCE 80 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30, TNE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR TNE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING TIlE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 50-26-4 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM GRC GENERAL RETAIL COM- MERCIAL TO "RM-1B" ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PRO~ERTY~ PART OF TP~CT #M#~ LR?,¥ GOLF ESTATES AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE W~EREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Soll & Peek, Inc., representing Mr. Ed Bracken petitioned the Board of County . Commi=~ioners to change the zoning classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by ~he Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~ SECTION ONE, The zoning classification of the hereinafter described real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "GRC" General Retail Commercial to "PM-lB" Residential Multi-Family and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 5~26-4~ is hereby amended sccordingly~ All that part of Tract "M" of Lely Golf Estates Tract Map according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 20, Collier County Public Records, Collier County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows~ Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Tradt "M" of Lely Golf Estates Tract Map; thence along the North line of said Tract "M" South 89"32'18" West 457.44 feet to the Point of Beginningof the.parcel herein described; thence South 28"33'33" WEst 527.00 feet; thence Southwesterly 329.54 feet along the arc of a circular curve concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 970.00 feet and being subtended by a chord which bears South 38"17'31" West 327.96 feet thence South 48"-01'29" West 276.29 feet; thence North 39"06'20" West 472.11 feet thence North 0~26'10" East 260.59 feet;~ thence North 89"32'18" East 404.26 feet~ thence North 0~27'42'' West 270.42 feet the North line of said Tract "M" said line also being the South Right-of-Way line of State Road S-864; thence along .~ '~ ~ the North line of said Tract "M" ~- ., North 89"32'18" East 554.33 feet to the~ Point of Beginning of the parcel described; subject to easements and restrictions if any; containing 10.33 acre~ of land more or less.
