AH ORDINANCE AHEND~NG ORDINANCE NO, 72-1 BY ADDING CERTAIN
LANDS ALONG OUTRIGGER LANE, COCONUT RIVER ESTATES TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY LIGHTING DISTRICT, PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION,
AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO(14ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
Collier County Ordinance No~ 72-1 is hereby amended by.adding the following
described )~aAd to the ~ollter County Lighting District:
SECTION TWOl

westerly 1587 feet of Section 35, Township 49 South,

This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its public purpose.
If any portion, phrase ur wor~ of this ordinance ts held invalid or uncunstt-
tuttonal, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
B. Ef.'ecttve Date
Effective date of this ordinance shall bec~e effective as provided by law.
