ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY F~ "A" AGRICULTURE
TO "PUD" PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT: PART
OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE
25 EAST AND BY' PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, William R. Vines has petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of
the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property located in Section 6, Township 48 South, Range 25
East, Collier County, Florida is changed from "A" Agriculture
to "PUD" Planned Unit Development in accordance with the PUD
Document attached hereto as Exhibit "A# which is incorporated
herein and by reference made a part hereof. The Official
Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-3, as described in Ordinance
76-30, is hereby amended accordingly.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.

PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES: Accessory
use, and structures which are customary In multi-family

DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMPLIANCE REQUIRED: Detailed development
plans shall comply generally with the slte plan and preliminary
architectural plans approved as a part of this PUD document,
Minor variations may be approved by the Director, Major vari-
ations shall require a PUD amendment,

ON-SITE FIRE CONTROL FACILITIESI
The developer shall install on-site fire protection
facilities which will ensure the availability of code
required water volumes and pressures throughout the
building.
UTILITIESI
Water and Sewer facilities will be provided through
connections to the County's water and sewer systems.
These connections will be subject to physical conditions
and limitations existing at the time of application for
building permits and all existing State and County rules,
regulations and ordinances.
