WHEREAS, the Gulf Coast Little League has petitioned
tho Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Class-
ification of the hereinafter described real property;
NO~{, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described
real property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "Re" Recre-
ation Open Space and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number
50-26-4, as described in Ordinance 76-30, is hereby amended
accordingly:
Beginning at the South % corner of Section 20,
Township 50 South, Range 26 East, Collier County,
Florida, run N89O33'27" %{est 179.55 feet along the
southerly line of said Section 20; thence leaving_~
said southerly line of Section 20, run N12C~,,9'16
East 346.40 feet to the SW corner of the Flz~e
Station Lot; thence N77o20'44" East 348.05 ~eet ~
along the southerly line of said Fire Statioh
thence leaving said Fire Station Lot run s3~O50'5~,
East 537.82 feet to the said southerly line ~f
Section 20; thence N89°33'27# West 421.44 f~et to~
the Point of Beginning.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
