MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Soll & Peek, Inc.,
representing Krehling Industries, petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification
of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Residential Low-Medium Density (0-4
Units Per Gross Acre) to Industrial and the Work Study Area
Map #2 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended ac-
cordingly:
All that part of Section 15, Township 4S South,
Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, being
described as follows:
All that part of the north % of the northwest % of
the southeast ¼ of said Section 15 and all that
part of the north 280.0 feet of the south % of the
northwest % of the southeast % of said Section 15
lying east of the west right-of-way line of the
former Seaboard Coast Line Rairoad right-of-way;
said parcel being also described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 15;
thence along the east and west % line of said
Section 15, South 89e54'18'' East, 561.94 feet to
the west line of the former Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad right-of-way and the POINT OF BEGINNING
of the parcel herein described; thence continuing
along said east and west % line, South 89"54'18"
East 706.49 feet to the northeast corner of the
northwest ¼ of the southeast ¼ of said Section 15;
thence along the east line of the northwest % oM
the southeast ~ of said Section 15, South 0"40'39'~
East 951.13 feet to the southeast corner of th6~
North 280.00 feet of the south % of the northwes~

This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of
State.
