AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32~
~IE CO~PREHENSIV~ PLAN FOR COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE WORE
STUDY AREA MAP #2 FROM RECREATION OPEN
SPACE TO RESIDENTIAL LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY
(0-4 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE) ON THE FOL-
LOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY~ THAT PORTION
OF SECTIONS 27 AND 34, TOWNSHIP 40
SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Collier County Planning Department, peti-
tioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land
Use Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Recreation Open Space to Residen-
tial Low-Medium Density (0-4 units per gross acre) and the
Work Study Area Map #2 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is
hereby amended accordingly:
A parcel of land in Sections 27 and
Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier
County, Florida, described as follows:
From the intersection of the Northerly Right-
of-Way line of Hickory Road, and the West
line of Section 34, Township 48 South,
Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, run
Easterly along said Northerly Right-of-Way
line of Hickory Road, being also the
Northerly boundary of PINE RIDGE SECOND
EXTENSION, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page
86 of the Public Records of Collier County,

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by ~e Office of the Secretary of
State.
