WHEREAS, A Underwriters, Inc., petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification,
of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: .
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Agricultural to Commercial and the
Work Study Area Map #7 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is
hereby amended accordingly:
The E. 600' of Parcel #4
COMMENCE at the N.W. cgrner of Section 6, Town-
ship 50 South, Range 30 East: Thence S 0" - 57' E
along the west line of said Sec. 6, 200' to a
point on the south right-of-way of State Road 838;
thence N 89" 34' - 30" E along said south R/W,
175' for a P.O.B. Thence continue N 89" - 34'
-30" E, 805' to a point; thence S 0" - 57' E -
325' to a point thence S 89" - 32' - 30" W, 805'
to a poiDt; thence N 0" - 57' W, 325' to the
P.O.B. lying and being in Section 6, Township 50
South, Range 30 East, Collier County, Florida and
containing 6 acres.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the office of the Secretary of
State.
