Ordinance 83-32ORDINANCE 83- 32 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2 THE COM- PREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCOR- PORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 50-25-1 BY CHANCING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM "A-2" AGRICULTURAL, "RMF-6" SINGLE AND MULTI-FAMILY TO "PUD" PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS WINTERPARK: PART OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE: WHEREAS, Hubsehman & Associates, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property located in Section 12, Township 50 S, Range 25 E, Collier County, Florida is changed from A-2 Agricultural, RMF-6 Single and Multi-family to "PUD" Planned Unit Development in accordance with the PUD document attached hereto as Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and by reference made part hereof. A fair share contribution toward the capital cost of traffic signal installation at the principal access points on Davis Boulevard when deemed warranted by the County Engineer.
