AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32, THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
· THE WORK STUDY AREA MAP ~6 FROM AGRICULTURA/, TO
. INDUSTRIAL ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
APPROXIMATELY 530 ACRES LOCATED IN SECTIONS 22, 27
AND 3&, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WI{EREAS, C.M.C. Development Corporation, petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification of the herein
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described property is
changed from Agricultural to Industrial and the Work Study Area Map #6 as
described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly:
All tha: part of Sections 22, 27, and 3&, Township 49 Suuth, Range 28
East, Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Section 34, Township 49 South,
Range 28 East, Collier County, Florida;
thence along the west line of said Section 34,
North IQ-O7'-30'' East, 200.O1 feet to the north right-of-way line of
S.R. NO. 84 (Alligator Alley) and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel
herein described;
thence continue along the west line of said Section 34, North
1°-07'-30'' East, 5086.62 feet to the southwest corner of Section
27, Township 49 South, Range 28 East, Collier County, Florida;
thence along the west line of said Section 27, North l°-07'-30''
East, 1463.38 feet;
thence leaving the west line of said Section 27, South 88°-52'-30''

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
