No particular form. But if you would first list the Lobbyist that work for you company, then if you would list the
companies that you lobby for that would be great, this way alii will do is make copies and add them to each
Lobbyist file. And what I will do is use your e-mail as their contact person for each lobbyist that works for your
company..

You are receiving this (:-mailing you today as a reminder regarding the Ouarterly Client List Update for
Lobbyists. We haven't received your quarterly update. You may mail your copy/s or e-mail them. rfyou
have more than one lobbyist that works for your company (that's already registered), send a list so that
we may update their file as well.
Unfortunately our website is still under construction and, until it is completed, we are taking the updates
in person, via regular mail, and via e-mail (unless you are registering).
