Ye have reviewed the PUD document for the project referenced above
and have no objection to the rezone as requested. However, we require
the £ollowing stipulations as n condition to our reco~nandetion for
approval:
1)
Avatar Utilities Inc. must provide · commitment latter
agreeing to serve the project with potable water supply
and sewage collection and treatment facilities, prior to
approval of the construction documents.
2)
All construction plane and technical specifications for the
proposed Utility Facilities must be reviewed end approved by
the.Utility Division prior to commencement of construction.
All on-site and of£-eite Utility Facilities constructed by Ch·
Developer in connection with the Development shall be
constructed co County Standards at no cost co the County.
4)
All customers connecting to the sanitary saver and water die-
tribution facilities will be billed in accordance with a rata
structure approved by the County. Rates charsad 'must be in full
compliance ~ith County Ordinances No. 76-?1(83-18 as amended,
revised or superseded.

All construction on the proposed sanitary sever system shall
utilize proper methods and ~aterials co insure vicar tight
conditions.

Appropriate Utility heemente must be provided for the proposed
Water and Sewer facilities to be constructed, when they do not
lie within public rights-of-way or Utility Easements,
Data required under County Ordinance No. 80-112 must be
submitted and approval granted prior to approval of the

approved DER permit application for the savage collection and
transmission system and a copy of the approved DER permit
application and construction permit for the vastewatar treatment
facility to be utilized.
8) Any items within the PUD document which conflict with the abo~e
stipulations must be revised accordingly.
