WHEREAS, T~.S. Home Corporation petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to amend the
Foxfire Planned Unit Development Ordinance, Collier County
Ordinance No. 81-68;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that~
SECTION ONE~
Ordinance No. 81-68, P.U.D. Document Section 1.3 shall be
amended to read as follows~
Section 1.3. PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
The subject property is currently under the owner~ip of

All yards abutting a street shall be front
yards. Four-sided corner lots shall have two
front and two side yards. Five-sided corner
lots shall have two front, two side, and one
rear yard, with the rear yard being farthest
from the abutting streets.

5.4~ REGULATIONS
5.4.1_______~. Design Approval
To permit flexibilit~ in the design of the residen-
tial cjusters in conformance with the intent of this
district~ minimum lot and satback"dimensional stan-
dards'shall be approved in accordance with the
Collier County Site Developgen~.Plan review process
fo= each proposed d~velopment. A site Plan indica-
%in~ general building envelopes, lot or parcel con-
figuration~ parking and landscaping areas~ and mini-
mum setbacks shall be submitted for Staff review.an~
~pproval. Plat waiver approval may be ~Ught in

5.4.2. Off-Street parking Requirement~
As required by ~ollier County Regulations in effect
at the time permits are sought.
5.4.3. Maximum Height
Thirty (30) feet above finished grade of lot or from
%he minimum base flood elevation required by the
~lood Elevation Ordinance whichever'is hi~her.
SECTION SEVEN~
Ordinance No. 81-68, P.U.D. Document Section 6.2. GENERAL
shall be amended to read as followsl
6.2. GENERAL
The project sponsor proposes to donate 1.25~ acres, located
in the extreme n~thwes~e~m northeastern portion of the
project site, to the East Naples Fire Control District for
the purposes of their establishing a branch fire station at
such time as the East Naples Fire Control District specifies
a firm development date and their plans are approved by the
Project Sponsor. The proposed fire station site is illus-

SECTION EIGHT~
Ordinance No. 81-68, P.U.D. Document Section 7.5. GENERAL
REQUIREMENTS, Subsection ?.5(2}, shall be amended to read as

SECTION NINE
The Foxfire P.U.D. Master Development Plan is hereby amended
as shown on the Attached Exhibit A, attached hereto and incor-
porated herein, said Exhibit showing the relocation of Tract D,
the proposed site of the East Naples Fire Control District Branch
Fire Station, from the extreme northwestern portion o~ the pro-
Ject site to the extreme northeastern portion of the project
site.
SECTION TEN~
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it
has been filed with the Office of the Secretary of State.
