Subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida
34112, hereinafter called the Grantor, to RUBEN A. CASTRO and ISABEL M. CASTRO, husband and
wife, whose mailing address is 2496 42ND Street SW, Naples, Florida 34116, hereinafter called the
Grantee.
(Whenever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and their respective heirs, successors or assigns.)
