WHEREAS, the Leqislature of the State of Florida in Chapter

The rearmost of the two (2) proposed 6 MG storaqe tanks
shall be constructed with the currently proposed Phase I
construction. The site tor the foremost future 6 MG
storage tank shall be Hcleared" only durinq the Phase I
construction, and all existinq trees in that cleared area
shall be transplanted to the degree possible to provide
additional landscape,bufferinq for this future tank. No
tanks shall exceed 56 feet above grade in height.
Approval of this Provisional Use Petition specifically
includes approval of both tanks.
f. Chain link security fence heiqhts shall be no more than 8
feet in heiqht, inclusive ot barbed wire toppinq, and
shall not be electrically charged. Wherever possible,
alternative and aesthetically pleasing security walls or
gates shall be used in lieu of chain link fencinq. (Note:
This latter alternative Would be.used primarily near that
portion of the front of the plant buildinq visible from
8th Avenue, N.W.) ,

to the site tor construction and operational trucks and
equipments.

constructed by the applioantpriorto any improvement

equipped with a water curtain or other equally effectiVe
method of suppressing a chlorine leak.
