79-74, 78-77, 81-31, 81-30, AND 84-15; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 of Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby amended by adding
the following existing street lighting Multiple Service Taxing Units (MSTU) to
the Collier County Street Lighting District:
BOCA CIEGA VILLAGE, as described in Ordinance No. 82-99;
FOREST LAKES HOMES NO. 1, aa described in Ordinance No. 79-13;
GLADES SUBDIVISION, as described in Ordinance Nos. 82-33 and 82-55;
IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES II, as described in Ordinance No. 81-86;
IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES III, as described in Ordinance No. 81-32;
KINGS LAKE UNIT I, as described in Ordinance No. 78-74;
LAKEWOOD UNITS 1 & 2, as described in Ordinance No. 82-103;
LAKEWOOD UNIT 5, as described in Ordinance No. 78-73;
LAKEWOOD UNIT 6, as described in Ordinance No. 79-44;
LELY PALMETTO DUNES, as described in Ordinance No. 79-74;
PALM RIVER ESTATES UNIT 7, as described in Ordinance No. 78-77;
TIMBERCREEK PHASE I, as described in Ordinance No. 8]-31; ~

IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES I ACCESS ROAD, described as follows: An access easement
lying in the S % of Section 15 and the SW k of Section 14, Township 48 South,
Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From the SW corner of said Section 15 run N89~58'37'' E for 15.36 feet to the E
right-of-way of State Road 45 (US-4I); thence run NO°58'10'' W along the E
right-of-way of said State Road 45 for 790.11 feet to the point of beginning of
the centerline of the said easement; said easement being lO0 feet wide lying 50
feet each side of a centerline running N89°58'05'' E for a distance of 185.00
feet; said easement then tapers from a I00 foot width to a 60 foot width, 30
feet on each side of a centerline continuing N89'58'05" E for 315.00 feet; the
remainder of said easement continues at a 60 foot width lying 30 feet each side
of a centerline running N89°58'05'' E for 433.85 feet to a point of curvature;
thence run E and NE along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 600.00
feet (chord bearing N70"51'18'' E, chord distance 392.92 feet) for 400.30 feet to
a point of tangency; thence run N51'44'31" E for 103.90 feet to a point of
curvature; thence run NE sad E along the arc of a curve to the right with a
radius of 600.00 feet (chord bearing N70°28'36'' E, chord distance 385.42 feet)
for 392.38 feet to a point of tangencg; thence run N89"12'41'' E for 1572.59
feet; thence run N89°06'54'' E for 1445.22 feet to a point of curvature; thence
run E and NE along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 600.00 feet
(chord bearing N62'46'02" E, chord distance 532.58 feet) for 551.83 feet to a
point of tangency; thence run N36'25'I0" E for 1095.58 feet to a point of
curvature; thence run NE along the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of
600.00 fee~ (chord besting N58'46'19" E, chord distance 456.31 feet) for 468.09
feet to a point of tangency; thence run N81'07'08" E for 82.07 feet to a point
on said roadway centerline, said point being S0'00'O0.5" E from thc NW corner of
the g ~ of the SW k of said Section 14 at a distance of 175.11 feet; thence sa~d
aassmsnt expands to a 100 foot width, 50 feet either side of a line
bearing N81°67'06" E a distance of 666.26 feet to a point of curvature; thence
NE and E along the are of a curve to tho right with a radius of 1625.00 feet
(chord bearing N83°09'51'' E, chord distance 68.59 feet) for 68.60 feet to a
point of curvature; thence N£ and E along the arc of a curve to the right with a
radius of 1625.00 feet (chord bearing N88*65'30" E, chord distance 209.68 feet)
for 209.67 feet to the end point of said roadway centerline, said point being on
the boundary of the Imperial Golf Course.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective as provided by law.
SECTIOM 3. Collier Cn,,nt? Ordinance Nos. 82-99, 79-13, 82-33 and 82-55,
81-86, 81-32, 78-76, 78-73, 79-66. 79-76, 78-77, 82-103, 81-31, 81-30, and
are hereby repealed, effective October l, 1986.
