AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2, TIIE COM-
PREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCOR-
PORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY BY AMENDING
SECTION 7.10 (ESTATES DISTRICT) TO PERMIT O:'.~Y
THOSE PROVISIONAL USES AND STRUCTURES APPROVED
PRIOR TO JANUARY 17, 1984; TO ALLOW EXPANSION
OF EXISTING PROVISIONAL USES; TO PROVIDE A
TERMINATIOM DATE FOR THIS ORDINA[~CE; TO PROVIDE
FOR PERMITTED PROVISIONAL USES IF TERMINATION
OF PROVISION OCCURS PRIOR TO ADOPTION OF
GOLDEN GATE MASTER PLAN; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Section 7.10 b 3) of the Zoning Ordinance of Collier County,
Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
7.10 b 3) Permitted Provisional Uses and Structures

No orovisional use or structure shall be

of County Commissioners pursuant to
Collier County Ordinance 82-2 or prior

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance does not preclude the review or approval of
any applications for provisional use received by Collier County
prior tc January 17, 1984.
SECTION TUREE:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
