AN OILDINANCE AM£NDINC ORDINANCE 82-2, THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNIN-
CORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY BY AMENDING
SECTION 20 - DEFINITION OF ACCESSORY USE OR
STRUCTURE BY ADDING R~STAURANT AND BOWLING
ALtEYS TO THE LIST OF USES FOR WHICH THE
SERVICE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IS AN ACCESSORY
USE: AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of ~'ollier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Section 20 of the Zoning Ordina,..e is het~5:' .'.e,iled to read aa
follows:
Accessory Use or Structure: A use or a structure of
a nature custcmarily incidental and subordinate to
the principle use or structure and, unless otherwise
provided, on the same premises. On the same
pramiaea with respect to accessory uses and
st r~ctures shall ba construed as meaning on the same
~]ot or on a contiguous lot in the same ownership.
:W~ere a building ia attached to the principal
,building, it shall be considered a part thereof, and
not an accessory building. A facility for the
service of malt, vinous, or other alcoholic
beverages shall be deemed an accessory use for a
mo~el, hotel, hostel, private club, country club,
yacht club, restaurant, bowltn~ a~,,le~s~ or
golf club provided all other applicable requirements
of State law avd County regulations are met.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Secretary of State.
