THEREFORE BE IT OKDAINED by the Board ot County Comissionere
of Collisr County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Ssction 13.1e of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as
13,1 a.
Conditions and Safeguards: In raco~endtng approval of any
provisional use. the Planning Commission may also reco~end
appropriate conditions and safeguards in conformity with this
Zoning Ordinance. Violation of such conditions and safeguards
which ere made s part of the terms under vhtch the provisional
use is granted, shall be deem,~d a violation of this Zoning
Ordinance.
Any provisional use shall expire one (1) year from the
date of grant, ~e~eee-appee~ed-aed-ewee~ded-by-eee&en-e~-eke
~eeed-e~-~e~*ng-Appee~av,if by that date the use for which
the provisional use was granted has not been commenced;,and a
provisional use shall expire one (I) year following the dis-
continuance of the use for which the provisional use was
granted if the use has not then been commenced.
- The Board of Zoning Appeals ~ay extend a provisional
use one time for up to one. (1} zear upon written request of the
ecitioner . T~ts extension must be requested and approved
~ior to expiration of the ortstnal provisional use.
SECTION ~:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of n~tice t~at
it hae been filed with the Secretary of State. ''
