Amendment to Sale & Purchase Contract #1 NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM PROPERTY ADDRESS': 2560 66th Avenue NE, Naples, Florida 34120 FOLIO NO.: 39145160009 AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and CRISTINA GARCIA, a single woman, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of September 20, 2010 (the "Agreement"). Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: 1. Line 11 of the Agreement is revised to reflect, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Agreement; the transaction shall include a Washer and Dryer. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
