All we require quarterly is an e-mail if there are no changes to your client list stating that. If there are changes to your
client list you can send an e-mail as they are added. Or you can choose to keep track of them and send the add-ons
quarterly.
If there are changes to your employee (Lobbyists) send that as soon as you know.
