Classification of the hereinafter described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM~MISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from A-2 to RSF-4 and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number
49-25-6, as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:

SECTION TWO:

AGREEMENT
I, Kevin J. Killilea, as owner or aukhorized agent for Petitions
R-85-15C and PU-85-16C, agree to the following stipulations requested by
the Collier County Planning Commission in their public hearing on
November 21, 1985.
A. The petitioner ~hall provide central sewage system for the '

the site. This plan may be submitted in phases to coincide
with the development schedule. The site clearing plan shall
clearly depict how the 'final site layout incorporates retained
'native vegetation to the maximum extent possible and how roads,
buildings, lakes, parking lots and other facilities have been
oriented to accommodate this goal.' . ,
C. Native species shall be utilized, where a 'ailable, to the / · '
maximum extent possible in the site landscaping design. A ..

for their review and approval. This plan will depict the
incorporation of native species and their mix with other
apecies, if any. The goal of site landscaping shall be the
re-creation of native vegetation and habitat characteristics
los= on the site during construction or due to past activities.
Ail exotic plants, as defined in the County Code, shall be
removed during each phase of con~truction from development
areas, open space areas, and preserve areas. Following site
development a maintenance program shall be implemented to
prevent reinvasion of the site by such exotic species. This
plan, which will describe control techniques and inspection
intervals, shall be filed with and approved by the Natural
Resources Management Department and the Community Development

If during the course of site clearing, excavation, or other
constructional activities, an archaeological or historical
site, artifact, or other indicator is discovered, all develop-
ment at that location shall be immediately stopped and the
Natural Resources Management Department notified. Development
will be suspended for a sufficient length of time to enable the
Natural Resources Management Department or a designated consul-
tent to access the find and determine the proper course of
action in regard to its salvageability. The Natural Resources
Management Department will respond to any such notification in
a timely and efficient manner so as to provide only a minimal
interruption to any constructional activities.
Detailed site drainage plans shall be submitted to the County
Engineer for review. No construction permits shall.be issued
unless and until approval of the proposed construction in
accordance with the submitted plans is granted by the County
Engineer.
G. Tko developer and/or homeowners' association shall make a fair
share contribution toward the cost of constructing a southbound
r~ght turn lane, on Airport Road at Bailey Lane when deemed
warranted by the County Engineer.

The purpose of the proposed "Future Road" next to the pool area
should be defined. It should meet the same typical cross
section as the other proposed road, if it is built.
J. ·Building envelopes aa shown on the site plan submitted should
reflect the setbacks from the correct typical road cross
sections and easements required.
Exceptions to the Subdivision Regulati~ns as listed beloW:
