AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
83-54, THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
THE FUTURE LAHD USE MAP FROM AN
INDUSTRIAL LAND USE DESIGNATION TO
AN URBAN LAND USE DESIGNATION ON THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
APPROXIMATELY 43.4 ACRES LOCATED IN
SECTION 35, TO~SHIP 49 SOUTH RANGE
25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Agnoli, Assaad, Barber and Brundage, Inc. representing
Collier Development Corporation, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the Land Use Designation of the herein described
real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Co~issioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Collier County Ordinance 83-54, The Collier County Comprehensive
Plan is hereby amended by changing the Land Use Designation on the
following described property from an Industrial Land Use Designation to
an Urban Land Use Designation. Said amendment shall be shown on the
Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map:
The northerly 30.00 feet of Tract "A" of East Naples Industrial
Park, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
10, pages 114-115, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
AND all that part of Section 35, Township 49 South, Range 25
East, Collier County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of sa~d East Naples
Industrial Park;
Thence north along the westerly line of said subdivision
180.00 feet;
Thence north ~7" 00' 00" east along the westerly line of said
subdivision 920.00 feet; -
" ~hence north along the westerly line of s~id subdivision
~340.25 feet to the northwest corner of aaid East Naples
~ ~ ~ndustrial Park;
~ ~ Thence south 89" 51' 42" west along the westerly prolongation
~, ~ mf the northerly line of said subdivision, a distance of 1,200
~ ~eet more or less to the waters of a tidal stream;
~ ~ l~hence southerly and southwesterly along the waters of said
~ [~ldal stream 1,100 feet more or less to an intersection with
~ ~e easterly line of Golden Gate Main "B" Canal;
-~_.°~ence southe:ly along the easterly line of said Golden Gate
t~in "B" Canal 400 feet more or less to an intersection with
e westerly prolongation of the southerly line of aaid East
Naples Industrial Park, said line bearing south 89~ 51' 42"
west and passing through the Point of Beginning:
Thence north 89° 51' 42" east along said prolongation of the
southerly line of said East Naples Industrial Park 1,600 feet
more or less to the southwest corner of East Naples Industrial
Park, said corner being the Point of Beginning of the parcel
herein being described;
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.
~ECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
