Amendment to Sale and Purchase Contract #3 NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM Property Address: 380 47TH Avenue NE, Naples, FL 34120 Folio Number: 38607440006 THIRD AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT THIS THIRD AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLUER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and RIGOBERTO TOVAR and ODETTE E. TOVAR, a married couple, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of April 28, 2010 (the "Agreement"), and Amendment to the Agreement dated July 20, 2010, and Second Amendment to the Agreement dated September 17, 2010. Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: 1. Line 119 of the Agreement is revised to reflect, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Agreement; the transaction shall be closed on or before Ninety (90) days from the effective date of this Third Amendment. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
