the State of Florida, its successors and assigns, whose post office address is 3301

(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.)

grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, corweys and confirms unto the Grantee,

5, Pages 65 to 77, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County. Florida

SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, easements, restrictions, IImRations, and
reservations of rocOfd, if any; taxes and assessments for the current lax year and
subsequent years; and all applicable zoning ordinances and/or restrictions and prohibitions
imposed by governmental authOfRies, if any.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, heredRaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authortty to sell
and convey said land; that the GrantOf hereby fully warrants the tille to said land and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under the
said Grantor, but not otherwise.
