UNIT FOUR~ PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
EE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTT, FLORIDA~
SECTION ONE! Section Two of Ordinance No. 78-67 providins for
the District boundaries of the Pelican Bay LiRhtinE Municipal
Service TaxisS District shall be &mended to add the followinR land:
"All of the lsnds encompassed in that certain recorded
subdivision known as Pelican Bay, Unit Four, Blocks C,
D end E and Parcels C and D, as recorded in Plat Book 13,
PaRes 30-32 inclusive, Collier County, Florida."
SECTION TWO: Effective Date
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State thdt thin Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
