WHEREAS, equipment rentals including la~n mowers and power saws
are a permitted principal use in the C-& district; and
WHEEEAS, the repair and sale of the rental equipmemt is a typical
part of such a business;
NO~, T~.rREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioaers
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Collier County Ordinance 82~2, Section 7.23, C-& Commercial General,
Subsection 7.23.b.1) Permitted Prlmcipal Uses and Structures) shall be
amended as f¢,ll~s:
(s)
Electrical supply storesl equipment _entals,
including lawn m~wers and power saws,
which may include their repair and sale.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
