BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY C~gCISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA:
Section One: Loch Louise Street Lishtin~ Itunicipal Service T~cing Unit
CreatedI Boundaries.
Pursuant.to Chapter 125 of the Florida Statutes, the Loch Louise Street
Lighting Municipal Service Taxing Unit is hereby created for the purpose of
providing street lighting to the residence of the taxing unit, the boundar'e$
of which are herei~after described:
The west one-half of the southeast one quarter of Section 7, Township
50 South, lLange 26 East, Collier County, Florida and that Part of the
· west one-half of the northeast quarter of said Section 7, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the north quarter
corner of said Section 7, run S00°37'27"E along the west line of the
northeast quarter a distance of 75.00 feet to the southerly right-of-
way line of Davis Boulevard and the point of beginning; thence
N89'58'50"E along said southerly right-of-way line 329.49 feet;
thence S00°37'30"E 500.00 feet to a point of curvature; thence 101.50
feet along the arc of a curve concave to' the northeast having a
radius c.f 340.84 feet, a central angle of 17'03'44"E and a chord of
101.12 feet, bearing S09"09'24"E to a point of reverse curvature;
thence 101.50 feet along the arc of a curve concave to the southwest
having a radius of 340.84 feet, a central angle of 17'03'44" and a
chord of 101.12 feet bearing S09'09'24"E to a point of tangency;
thence $00'37'30"E to a point of tangency; :hence S00'37'30"E 1913.52
feet to the south line of northeast quarter of said Section 7; thence
S89'57'50"W 359.52 feet to the west line of the northeast quarter of
said Section 7; thence NO0*37'27"W 2613.31 feet to the point of
beginning.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record.
The above land describes an area of approximately 102.62 acres of
land.
Section Two: Covernin$ Body.
The governini; body of.the Unit shall be ex-officio the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida.
Section Three: Purpose; Powers.
The Unit is formed for the purpose of providing street lighting within tha
boundaries of the above-described subdivision(s) and to that end shall possess
all the powers to do all things reasonably necei~sary to provide such services,
including ownership or rental of property, poles, wires, conduits, lights,
meters, and the power to maintain the same and to enter into contracts for
providing the same and the electric current 'to operate any lighting system

Section Four: Annual Estimates of Expensesl Taxation Rate.
For the purpose of carrying into effect this Ordinance., the Board of
County Commissioners shall annually, at the tim,~ required by general budgetary
law, make an itemized estimate of the amount of money required to carry out the
business of the Unit for the next fiscal year, which shall be from October 1 to
and including Sept{mber 30 following. The estimate shall have for what purpose
the monies are required and the amount maces,cry to be raised by taxation
within the Unit. At the time and place for fixing the annual rate of taxation
for county purposel;, the Board shall fix and cause to be levied on all property
within the Unit subject to taxation a millage sufficient to meet the
requirements of the estimate:; provided, howeve:, the total millage shall not
exceed the millage authorized by lay for municipal service taxing or benefit
units.
Section Five: Tax Assessment: And Collection.
Taxes herein provided for shall be assessed and collected in the same
manner and form as provided for the assessment and collection of general county
taxes and subject to the same fees for asses~ing and collec~ing aa general
couoty taxes.
Section Six: Construction.
This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its public
purpose.
Section Seven: Effective Date.
Effective date of this Ordin~.nca shall b,tcome effective as provided by
"AUgust 12, 1986
