PELICAN BAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
~tEND BOUNDARIES OF STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, enacted
Ordinance 78-67, as amended, creating the PELICAN BAY LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE
TAXING DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, the I~ard of Supervisors of the Pelican Bay Improvement District,
have the responsibility to do all things reasonably necessary to carry out the
purpose of the Lighting District; and
WHEREAS, the )oard of Supervisors of the Pelican Bay Improvemert District
desire to amend the boundaries of the Lighting District, to include the real
property described on the attached Exhibit "A", in order to carry out its
purpose and effect;
NOW, THE[tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE P[LICAN BAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT:

The Board of Supervisors of the Peltcan Bay Improvement District hereby
request the Board of County Cosrrnisstoners of Collier County to amend the
boundaries of the Lighting District to include those areas as shown an Exhibit
