SECTION ONE:
Ordinance · I~-~, the Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for the
Unincorporated area of Collier County, Florida, Section 10.3. ~pplication for
Buildinq Patella shall be ·mended to read as follows:
10.3 Application for Building Permit: All applications for building
permits shall, tn addition to containing the information required by
the Building Official, be accompanied by plot and construction plans
dra~n to scale, showing the actual shape and dimensions of the lot
to be built uponl the sizes and locations on the lot of ~uildings
already exlsting~ if any; the size and location on the lot of the
Dulldln9 or buildlrKIs to be erected or altered; the existirg use of
buildings on the lot, if anyl the intended use of earn building or
buildings on parts thereof; the number of families and Dh~ building
is designed to accommodatel the location and number of required
off-street parking and off-street loading s~aces; approximate
location of trees protected by County regulations; and such other
information with regard to the lot and existing/proposed structures
as may be necessary to determine compliance .ith and provide for the
