AMENDII(G DEVELOPMENT ORDER 86-1 .
FOR THE WOODLANDS; AMENDING SECTION
A. 4. FINDINGS OF FACT. TO STATE A
MAXIM!r.1 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF COMMERCIAL
RETAIL PERMITTED AND TO INCREASE THE
TOTAL ACREAGE OF PRESERVATION AREAS
AND TO SET FORTH A REVISED LAND USE
SCHEDULE THAT DOES NOT INCREASE THE
TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACREAGE OR DWELLII(G
UNITS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED,
WliEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners approved on November 6.
1986, Development Order 86-1, known 88 "The Woodlands"; and
WHEREAS. the Departmen~t ~f Community Affairs Btaff haa recommended
to the Collier County Community Development Division that it should formally
request the Board of County Commissioners to amend said Development Order;
and
WHEREAS. the Department of Community Affairs .taff and the developer
for the Woodlands,have agr~ed on revised language; and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners must approve the revised
language in an amended Development Order;
1(011 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF ZONTNG APPEALS
of Collier County, Florida, that Development Order 86-1 shall be amended
