WHEREAs, the teal.lature of the State of Florida
Flor14a Statute.. ha. conferred on all Counties in Florida the
power to e.tabli.h. CoordinAte and enforce zoning and .uch bU.ioe..
regulations as are n~ce..ary for the protection of the public, and
WHEREAs, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Comprehen.~ve
Zoning Ordinance establi.hing regulations for the aoning of particular
geographic divi.ion. of the County, among which ia the granting of
variances, and
WHEREAS, ,he Board of Zoning Appeal. being the duly elected

conatituted bOfrd of the area hereby affected, has held a public hearing

after notice ah in aaid regulations made and provided, and ha.

conaidered the:advisability of a 17.47 foot variance of front yard

property hereinafter described, and has found a. a matter of fact that
aatisfactory prOviSion and arrangement has been made concerning all
