WHEREAS, the Legialature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125,'

are neceuary for the protection of the public, and .'.
. WHEREAS, the County p~r.uant. thereto ha. adopted a Comprehensive

Zoning Ordinance ..tabli.h~ng regulation. for tha zoning of particular'
geographic divhions of the County, among which 11 the granting of
WHEREAS, the BOllrd of Zoning Appeals being the duly elected con-
.tituted board of the area hereby affected, has held a public hearing
after notice as in said regulations made and provided, and has considered
the advisability of a variance fr01ll the required front yard setback of
75 feet in a "E" Estates zone to a setback of 50 feet fot"'construction
of a 2 car garage for the property hereinafter described, and has found
as a matter of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has been
made concerning all applicable "matters required by said regulations and
in accordance with Section ll.l.b of the Zoning Regulatio~s for the
unincorporated area of Collier County, and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be
heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having
considered all matters presented,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of
