FHA PURCHASE AGREEMENT ADDENDUM
1.iliA AMENDATORY CLAUSE
For value considerations, the Wldersigned Seller(s) and Purchaser(s) do hereby amend the Sales Contract between the Seller(s) and
Purchaser(s), dated. ..,_~lU11ll20 10_ _ covenng the followmg property

by incorporation in and adding to the provisions of said Sales Contract the following:
"It is expressly agreed that, notwithstanding any other provisions ofthlS contract, the Purchaser shall not be obligated to complete the
purchase of the property described herein or to incur any penalty by forfeiture of earnest money deposits or otherwise unless the
purchaser has been given in accordance wlth HlJD/FHA or VA requirements a written statement by the Federal Housmg Commissioner,
Veterans Administration, or a or a Direct Endorsement lender setting forth the appraised value of the property of not less than
$ 92, 100.00 The purchaser shall have the privilege and option of proceeding with consummation of the contract
without regard to the amount of the appraised valuation. The appraised valuation is arrived at to determ ine the maximum mortgage the
department of Housing and Urban Development will insure, H1ID does not warrant the value of condition of the property The purchaser
should satisfy himself that the price and condilton of the property are acceptable, PP

2. REAL EST ATE CERTIFlCA nON "We the undersigned, hereby certify that thc Contract to Purchase attached hereto is atrue and
accurate representation of the tenns of the sale of the subject property We further cenify that there are not terms or conditions relating
to this sale that are not disclosed in the attached contract.
WARNING: Section 1010 of Title 18, V.S.C., ",Federal Housing Administration Transaction,t' provides: "Whoever, for the
purpose of - influencing in any way the action of such Administration 4 makes, passes, utters, or publishes any statement, know
the same to be false - shall be fined not m ore than $5,000.00 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both." Other Federal
Statutes provide severe penalties for any fraud as intentional misrepresentation made for the purpose of influencing the issuance
of any guaranty of insurance or the making of any loan by the Administrator or Veteran Affairs.
