Amendment Neighborhood Stabilization Program Address: 3402 Seminole Ave, Naples, Florida 34112 AMENDMENT THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between BAC Home loans Servicing lP, F/K/A Countrywide Home loans Servicing lP, a Texas Limited Partnership, as servicing agent and attorney in fact for The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders ONABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-4, Seller, and COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, Purchaser. Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement effective as of June 18, 2010, and executed by Purchaser on June 29, 2010 (the "Agreement''). Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: 1. Paragraph 3(b) of the Agreement is revised to provide that, notwithstanding any other provisions of the Agreement, Closing shall take place on or before August 27, 2010. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
