FHA PURCHASE AGREEMENT ADDENDUM
t.FHA AMENDATORY CLAUSE
For value considerations, the undersigned Seller(s) and Purchaser(s) do hereby amend the Sales Contract between the Seller(s} and
Purchascr(s), dated A~'i 1 ?R, 7010 covering the following property:

by incorporation in and adding to the provisions of said Sales Contract the following:
"It is expressly agreed that, notwithstanding any other provisions ol'this contract, the Purch aser shall not be obligated to complete the
purchase of the property described herein or to incur any penalty by forfeiture of earnest money deposits or otherwise unless the
purchaser has been given in accordance with BUD/FHA or V A requirements a written statem ent by the Federal Housing Commissioner,
Veterans Administration, or a or a Direct Endorsement lender setting forth the appraised vfLlue of the property of not less than
$126,400.00 The purchaser shall have the priv ilegc and option of proceeding with consummation of the contract
without regard to the amount of the appraised valuation. The appraised valuation is arrived at to determine the maximum mortgage the
department of Housing and Urban Development will insure. HUD does not warrant the value of condition of the property. The purchaser
should satisfy himself that the price and condiiton of the property are acceptable."
