Comorehensive Zoning Regulations for the Unincorporated Are.~ of

WHEREAS, Ordinance 82-2 defines "Office, Business" and "Offi~. ~: J J
Pro~essional" but does not define "Office. General'; and ,,~ .... ~''
M4EREAS, the Planning/Zoning Director has determined ~Off-tee. :2 ;'s i

WHEREAS, Ordinance 0~-2 currently ~ermits offices as a permitter
principal use in the I-Industrial Zoning District~ and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 8~-2 currently permits general offices as a
permitted cr~nctpal use in the C-4, Commercial General and C-5,
Commercial Industrial District but not in the IL, Industrial, Light
District; and
WHEREAS, the permitted principal uses in the C-5 and I Zoning
Districts are similar tn intensity to those permitteO in the IL :~oning
District; and
WHEREAS, general offices are an approoria~ permitted principal
use in the IL District:
