AMENDMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between COLLIER COUNTY, a Political
Subdivision of the State of Florida, (Seller) and STEPHEN L. BLUME, Jr. and MILAGROS
J. BLUME, a married couple, (Purchaser). Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As
Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase effective as of April 19, 2010 (hereinafter collectively referred
to as the "Agreement"). Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following
terms and conditions:
1. Line 119 of the Agreement is revised to reflect, notwithstanding any other
provisions of the Agreement; the transaction shall be closed on or before October 15,
2010.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the
Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein,
and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise
herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchaser and Seller have executed this Amendment as of the
dates hereinafter stated.
