' ~SOUTH BARFIELD DRIVE; SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP
~ 52 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, CONTAINING 3.5
ACRES; AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Romano and Laura Ciccca, represented by Salvatore
C. Scuderi of Scuderi and Childs, petitioned the Board of
county Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the
below described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COM~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The zoning classification of the hereinafter described
real property is changed from RO to RSF-2 and the Official
Zoning Atlas Map Number MI-10, as described in Ordinance 82-2
is hereby amended accordingly:
Tract A, Marco Beach, Unit 13 as recorded in Plat
Book 6, Pages 92-99 except Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block
802, a replat of a portion of Tract A, Marco Beach,
Unit 13, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 90 and
91, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO - EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been
filed with the S~cretary of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, this 10th day
of October , 1989.
