RESOLUTION 87-138
RELATING TO PETITION NO. PU.-86-7C
FOR EXTENSION OF PROVISIONAL USE
OF PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DES':RIBED
IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Legislatu~e of the State of F16rida in Chapter 125
Florida Statutes, ha8 conferred on all Counties in Florida the power to
establish, coordinate, and enforce zoning and such business regulations
as are necessary for tho protection of the public; and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the zoning of particular
divisions of the County, among which is the granting and extending the
time period of Provisional Uses; and
WHEREAS, on June 16, 1986, the Board of County Commissioners
enacted Resolution No. 86-26, whicn granted a provisional use pursuant
to Ordinance 82-2, for provisional use "c" of RSF-4 for a Church to
.( allow addition~ parking'faCilities on the ~elow~described proper~y; and

WHEREAS, Sect10n 13, Paragraph I, Subsection E provides that the
Board of Zoning Appeals may grant an extension of the one (1) year time
period for a provisional us. which has not been. commenced;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board. of Zoning Appeals of
Collier County, Florida, that the written reque.st of Fred H. Carr,
representing Capri Christian Church, in interest of the following
described property:
Lots 388 and 389, Plat Book 3, Page ~6, Island 2.

i8 hereby approved pursuant to Section 13.1(e). Ordinance No. 82-2. and

BE IT FU.RTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of the Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted.
