RESOLUTION OF APPOINTMENT TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY
SEP 1 3 .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners created the Housing Finance
Authority of Collier County by County Ordinance No. 80-66 on July 29, 1980,
WHEREAS, the Board appointed certain individuals as the members of the
Authority, and
WHEREAS, the terms of office of John T. Conroy, Jr. and Eugene Brisson,
original appointees to the Authority, expired on August 3, 1993; and
WHEREAS, there exists at the present time, a need to appoint a member to fill
a vacancy due to the expiration of the term of Eugene Brisson, a member of the
Authority who has indicated that he does not wish to be reappointed as a member of
the Authority; and to re-appoint 10hn T. Conroy, lr. who wishes to be re-appointed; and
WHEREAS, a certain individual has indicated a desire to serve as a member of
the Authority,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER, COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
1. 10hn T. Conroy, lr. is hereby reappointed to the Collier County Housing
Finance Authority to serve a term of four years, which term will expire at such date as
is shown below:

2. William 1. Reagan is hereby appointed to membership on the Collier
County Housing Finance Authority to fill a term as set forth below:

3 . This Resolution shall constitute a certificate of appointment and shall be
filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court as provided by law.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
