A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT Of LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property againnt which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice of A~scssment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve pcrc0.nt (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, fJ.OHTO^, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of n public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of ~nid property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board shall mni.l a notice of asseS5ment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution r.hnll be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property accordinq to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal or tl1~ a~sessment of the owner.

You, as the owner of the prnp~rty nbove described, as

Property Appraiser, are herehy ~(lvir.ed that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 6/10/94, order the ab~tement of u
certain nuisance existing on th~ nhovc property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited dumping, accumUlation, storage or burial of
litter, waste or abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
