A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall bn..
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property again~;t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall b(!cnmc clue and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board shall mnil a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shfill be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal of tIle assessment of the O'....ner.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.

YoU, as the owner of the property nbove described, as
recorded in the records maintnin0.d by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby ~nvised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 6/~5/94, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on th0 nbove property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected mowable
vegetation in excess of ~8" in height in a SUbdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates.
You failed to abate such nllisnnc~; whereupon, it was abated
